• Short-form video editing for engaging, concise videos.
• Custom animated product explainer & hype videos.

2. Project Scope & Pricing

Details, scope, and pricing will be in a separate agreement for each project.

3. Delivery & Approval

• Projects delivered electronically according to agreed timeline.
• Final approval in writing confirms completion.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront via Stripe for all projects. Late payments may incur a fee.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original content.
• We retain ownership of work created by us, unless otherwise agreed.
• We may use versions of our work for our portfolio or marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Shorter Videos ensures all necessary rights for any music or graphics used in videos through legal agreements with Artlist.io and Envato Elements.
